Job Description
Euclid area machine shop seeks Acme Operator (setup and operate)
Acme Operator Duties:
- Set up and operate Acme machines
- Read blueprints and job routings to determine part specifications
- Use of gages and measuring instruments to make sure parts conform to specifications
- Assist and learn to make simple machine adjustments
Requirements include:
- Three years minimum experience is a plus
- Setup and operate one or more Multi/Chucker Screw machines
- Read blueprints and job routings
- Use of gages and measuring instruments
- Determine and locate required tooling to manufacture part
- Install and adjust all tooling to produce part per specification
- Tear down setup after job is complete
Benefits:
- $23-26 per hour based on experience
- 1st shift 6am – 4:30pm Monday through Thursday
