Job Description
Are you a handy person that everyone calls to help on projects or to help fix something?
If so, I've got the perfect position for you! A family owned Omaha Apartment Complex is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team.
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the following:
• Repair, prep and maintain apartment community, e.g. plumbing, drywall, tiling, carpentry and minor electrical work
• Complete work orders in a timely fashion and categorize them by urgency
• Owning your own hand tools will be a plus
• Make ready and HVAC experience are also a plus, but are not required
• Minimal on-call work
Apartment Maintenance Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Apartment Maintenance Pay: $18 - $20 / hour depending on experience
Apartment Maintenance Perks:
-Loyalty bonus- get $400 for every 600 hours worked
-Dental, Vision and Medical benefits after 60 days
