Springfield, OH well-established, financial services company seeks fulltime Customer Care Associates.
Full-time schedule, Monday thru Friday.
Recent high school grads and college students strongly encouraged to apply.
Provide front line, direct contact with clients and customers, primarily through receiving or placing telephone calls.
Use computerized system for tracking, information gathering and/or trouble shooting the items raised by the customer.
Research/resolve customer inquiries.
Ensure that appropriate changes are made to resolve customers' problems.
Respond in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
Recognize problem areas and report to higher levels for action.
Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
Follow standard procedures and policies.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Intermediate computer skills (MS Office).
Strong attention to detail.
Previous customer service/call center experience helpful.
Full training provided.
Prescreen testing required.
