Customer Care Representative

Hours are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., with  mandatory OT which includies eveings and weekends.

Employee will assist in all office duties

Answering incoming calls from customers and entering claim information into system
Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person.
 Responsible for entering correct data into Excel.
Must be proficient in Excel, type 40+ WPM, and have great Data Entry scores.
This employee must be willing to work overtime as needed, including evenings and weekends
Long term temporary position, with potential to be hired
