Elizabethtown Ky, Company seeks helpdesk clerks.
1st shift, Monday thru Saturday, 11AM-8PM.
Duties include:
Answering incoming calls daily in a polite and professional manner
Enter ALL inquiries into the HEAT database (Voicemail, Assigned Calls, Email)
Provide assistance to Helpdesk Technicians as needed
Provide support and troubleshooting for customers with Internet access, email , cable TV, and telephone problems, by analyzing, diagnosing and resolving problems
Provide front-end support for customers via email
Requirements include:
Skills to include customer servicing skill sets, Internet knowledge.
The selected individual must be able to write in a technical format
