- Direct-hire full-time position
- Work on-site in the company’s brand-new Lincoln, NE office!
- $25 - $30 per hour wage with some flexibility based on skills and experience

DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
- 2+ years’ experience in supporting Windows based workstations in a professional environment
- Experience troubleshooting hardware issues & repairing/replacing hardware on both laptop & desktops
- Experience installing software patches & updates on laptops, desktops, & services
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge of networks, printing, and software problems.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Assist with the technical support of workstations, applications, and other related technology
- Respond to end-user tickets regarding software & hardware issues and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Monitor the daily performance of computer systems.
- Occasional travel to company locations to assist in projects or remedy technical issues.
- Participate in the IT department’s on-call support rotation during some evenings & weekends.
