Orlando Company seeks Full Time CNC Operator/Machinist

Orlando Company is a precision CNC machining facility; they are certified ISO 9001:2008 serving the nation s leading OEM manufacturers in a variety of industries including defense, appliances, electronics, recreational vehicles, and lawn & garden equipment.  They have six facilities located across the United States and provide JIT and Kanban services (dock to stock) to a number of our customers. Specializes in short to medium run stampings. 


Duties Include :


        Set up and Operate CNC Machines

        Maintain Quality

        Responsible for Safety

        Performs various Machine functions such as cutting, drilling, milling, boring of metal pieces

        Set up machines depending on tooling requirements and control settings

        Mounts, aligns and secures tooling/attachments on machines

        Select and Install cutting tools in machine spindle

        Loads Control media or enters commands to retrieve pre-programmed instructions

        Calculate and set machine controls

        Trouble shoot and rework fixtures when needed


Requirements Include:


        High School Diploma or GED

        Able to read and interpret blueprints, planning sheets and related data

        5 years experience operating and programming a CNC Mazak/Chiron Multi Axis Machines /Lathes/Haas

        Lift up to 50lbs

        Able to use Tape Measure and Hand Tools

        Experienced with Geometric Dimensions and Tolerance

        Experienced in working with Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Alloys and Titanium

        Must pass client pre-screening process

        Able to stand on feet throughout shift

        Experienced with Shop Traveler



3 Month Contract to Hire

Paid Weekly

Medical, Dental, Vison

2nd Shift Time:  4PM 12:30AM

Monday - Friday

$16-$18 per hour (Based on Expertise)
