WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY?
• CONTRACT TO HIRE
• Remote - must be located in Nashville, TN area
• Moderate to Heavy travel may be required
• Business hours Monday – Friday
• HOURLY PAY RATE with some flexibility based on skills and experience
DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the healthcare industry specifically Health Information Management
• Financial services, hospital operations, supply chain, or IT experience a plus
• Experience with Project Management tools, including Microsoft Project 2013, and preferable Microsoft Project Server portfolio and project management tool
• PMP and / or LEAN certifications preferred
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
• Manage and communicate a clear project scope, motivate team members, and proactively identify and manage risk and issues
• Author / facilitate project management documents such as project charters/scope statements, project plans, and present project updates to business owners
• Act as a single point of accountability to provide project management support for multiple, moderately to highly complex, medium to large projects
• Organize project activities into manageable work efforts for team members and determine an effective approach to completing the work, as outlined in project plan
• Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost
• Additional duties as defined in job description
