As the Receptionist you are the first impression of this company and professionalism is a MUST !  You will host visitors and handle incoming phone calls.   Assist HR Department with various projects and offering support and any  other duties that may be assigned.

 

$10-$13/hr based on experience

Hours 8am 5pm

Fantastic environment

 

Duties include:

  • Greeting visitor/answering phones
  • Assist with travel issues for team members learn travel software
  • Work on multiple projects while suggesting improvements
  • Oversee visitor sign in software distribute visitor ID badges 
  • Work closely with the HR department offering support with various projects
  • Accept job applications from applicants and forward to Human Resources
  • Manages incoming and outgoing mail
  • Order food and set up rooms for meetings
  • Restock conference rooms with supplies  

Requirements include:

  • One to three years of experience in a Receptionist role or Customer Service
  • Have a strong background in a range of admin functions. You love seeking new challenges and finding creative solutions
  • Excellent phone skills, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to use office software, including Word processing, Spreadsheets, Slide Presentations, Internet browsers, E-mail, and business systems software
  • Ability to maintain a professional and pleasant image 
  • Strong skills in grammar and proofreading
  • Must be a strong multi-tasker with great attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
