Cleveland Ohio Company seeking a Starter Technician for the production department.
Hours: 7:00am -330pm 1/2 hour lunch
This position is responsible for building starter systems and testing of the systems to make sure the quality and functionality is up to standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Build starter systems following written and/or verbal instructions.
Product test to ensure quality and functionality.
Troubleshoot quality issues from time to time.
Involvement in new product design and testing.
Other duties as assigned.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to read and follow specific work instructions.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma required. Trade school education preferred.
Mechanical background and experience building engines required.
Engine diagnostic experience required.
Familiar with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Familiar with Dyno testing.
Ability to build starters from the ground up.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Tow motor certification is required.
ASE certification a plus, but not required.
This position is moderately active with the majority of the work done in the production area. Lifting up to 100 pounds may be required on a regular basis as well as walking, bending, twisting, kneeling and squatting.
