Pay is based on experience.
1st Shift, 8AM-5PM, Monday-Friday, Overtime and Weekends required during peak season.
Employee s main function will be to perform audits of third parties to ensure proper customer agreements, applications and other forms are being accurately completed.
Functions also include assisting the risk management director with third party underwriting to approve or deny participation in the Tax Division program.
Obtaining consumer reports and other assistance as deemed necessary by management.
Additional administrative tasks include partner and customer support in a very fast pace and sometimes high strain environment.
Employee will also be responsible for some account reconciliation and will work very closely with other members of administration.

Excellent computer skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Superior phone and email communication skills are critical.
Must maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and partners at all times.
Must have the ability to remain calm and professional when communicating with disgruntled clients and partners.
Excellent organization skills are critical.
Ability to work well in a close setting with 15-20 co-workers.
Minimum of 5 years work experience in a business setting.
College education not required but preferred
Finance, accounting or banking experience not required but highly desired.
Experience in federal tax return preparation is REQUIRED.
Pre-screen testing required.
