The Reserves Network is a full service staffing firm specializing in light industrial, manufacturing, and office placement.  Our customer located in Oldsmar is looking for an experienced Administrative Support candidate for the Sales Department who is ambitious well organized, dependable and self-motivated.

         Pay $12-$14/hr.

         First Shift 8am-5pm.

         Temp to hire opportunity.

Duties Include:

         Administrative support to Sales Department on all daily tasks.

         Heavy email and phone correspondence to vendors for order follow ups and expediting.

         Process all sales and pro-forma invoices.

         Data Entry of customer and vendor record maintenance.

         Heavy data entry of sales quotes, purchase orders, and requirements to purchase.

         Data entry with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and data formatting.

         Maintain tracking on all customer orders and expediting of purchases.

         Order tracking.

         Maintain and update department procedures.

Requirements Include:

         One year or more Administrative experience.

         Strong computer and data entry skills.

         MS Office experience with Excel and Word.

         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

         Career driven with professional attitude.

         Works well independently.

         Must have excellent time management.

         High energy and self-motivated.

         High School Diploma or GED required.
