Orlando Company seeks Full Time Sales Assistant for an Office Manager

         1st Shift, 40 hours,  Mon - Friday

         $15 per hour

Duties Include:

         Reports to Office  Manager

         Maintain Files and Records

         Arrange international travel arrangements

         Monitor and balance inventories

         Verify Pricing

         Coordinate shipping status with all carriers

         Works closely with clients, exceptional relationship building

         Answer phones and emails

Requirements Include:

         High School Diploma or GED

         Minimum 2 years High End Customer Service  Experience

         Must pass client pre-screening process

         Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel

         Experienced with Shipping and Expediting of materials

         Able to work after hours or share on call responsibilities with team and company provided phone

         Love animals

         Bilingual a plus!
