Job Description
REMOTE SALES EXECUTIVE
Type: Direct-Hire
Fully Remote
Salary: $130,000/year - $135,000/year + commission
A top leader in the manufacturing industry is seeking two Sales Executives, who will successfully generate sales in the parcel and eCommerce markets, manage, and maintain relationships with key customers. This leader is expected to be capable of understanding strategic business direction, align to go to market strategies to the territory requirements, and driving execution plan(s) to achieve business objectives. Travel is required up to 75% domestically.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, develop, and close large new enterprise opportunities within the territory across multiple verticals
- Develop, implement, and execute an effective sales strategy to achieve sales goals
- Develop C-level relationships and serve as a trusted consultant to customers
- Understand and adapt to the company’s ongoing product and services developments
- Deal progression – Drive & provide feedback through Salesforce.com and CRM process
- Ensure timely/accurate recording, tracking, and reporting of sales activities and customer information through ongoing usage of sales automation tools by all sales representatives and sales support.
- Sales Forecasting - Provide an accurate forecast of region sales results. Review and analyze the sales pipeline to provide accurate forecasting of monthly results that roll up to the region
- Account Planning – Create and manage account plans with extended teams to fully penetrate the market. Coordinate activities among sales support resources
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years minimum experience in the material handling equipment or material handling solutions industry.
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Able to travel domestically up to 75% of the time
- Demonstrate leadership and initiative in successfully driving specialty sales in accounts – profiling, advancing, negotiating, and closing opportunities
