Sales Support Specialist

Growing fabrication company is looking for a strong administrative professional to support the VP of Sales and a team of Regional Sales Managers.  This is a fast-paced, high priority and self-directed role.  The company offers competitive wages and benefits.  

  • Support Regional Sales Managers in the complete sales process from prequalification through closure in selling architectural structures and their enclosures to diverse clients which include: Architects, General Contractors, Glass Contractors and Owners.
  • Manage Customer Data Base which includes Architects, General Contractors and Owners with weekly entries as generated by company advertising, lunch presentations and general sales calling
  • Assist Regional Sales Manager to set up appointments through the assembly of promotional emails and actual calling as necessary to make the arrangements.
  • Maintain Sales Power Point presentations and update them as necessary. Develop new project slides as site photos become available.
  • Work to expand the customer database through the use of Linkedin, websites, etc.
  • Help set travel up for all Sales Managers.


  • Bachelor s degree with an emphasis in Marketing or other related field preferred and 5+ years of applicable experience
  • Creative thinker with ability to make sound decisions quickly and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate well verbally and also in written format as needed.
  • Organized, highly detailed and sensitivity to confidential matters.
  • Use of basic computer tools and software (Power Point, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email)
  • Ability to work in a tight schedule, fast paced, sales driven environment
  • Must be self-motivated and can self-direct
