The Reserves Network is a full service staffing firm specializing in light industrial, manufacturing, and office placement. Our client in Clearwater, FL is hiring for their manufacturing facility. We have several openings available for Cabinetry Supervisor. First shift opportunity.

Job Duties Include:
Manage and develop production employees to achieve established goals of safety, environmental performance, production volume, quality, service, and cost.
Ensure production employees are properly oriented, trained and crossed trained in all areas.
Develop and implement continuous improvement within departmental employees' performance through regular feedback, coaching and training.
Ensure that the department complies with regulations, and Company policies.
Liaisons with third party contractors and suppliers to meet Plant equipment and/or repair needs.
Review, analyze and make recommendations regarding safety, environmental performance, quality, expenses, productivity, and customer feedback.
Develop and/or implement departmental reporting as required.
Participate in controlling the production department budget.
Maintain a high standard of professional knowledge, ethics and practices when dealing with customers, suppliers, peers, subordinates, supervisors and other key stakeholders of the company.
Conduct oneself in a professional manner that reflects integrity and respect towards customers, suppliers, peers, subordinates, supervisors and other key stakeholders of the company.
Understand, support and adhere to the company s health and safety policies, programs and procedures by communicating and promoting health and safety awareness to coworkers and subordinates.
Participate in the Company s daily inventory count.
Other responsibilities and accountabilities as assigned by the Production Manager.

Job Requirements:
Technical degree and/or demonstrated and related equivalent experience
5-7 years of manufacturing management experience
Demonstrated experience using Continuous Improvement or related strategies (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma) to drive performance
Supervising in a Manufacturing Facility: 3 years
