Description

This is a great growth opportunity to apply your recruiting experience in one of the fastest growing industries in the nation.    The Reserves Network is looking for a Recruiter who has previous experience in Technical Staffing. Read on to learn more about joining our team!

  • Recruit and source for Technical Candidates from various job boards, technical schools, and social media.

  • Management of the entire sourcing and recruiting process.

  • Develop candidate pipeline for potential staffing need and manage applicant database.

  • Extensive pre-qualification of candidates and position requirements.

  • Interview and evaluate candidates for manufacturing, technical, sales and administrative positions.

  • Present applicants to the internal management team for their open positions to identify appropriate job matches.

  • Successful placements and increased retention through proven search methodology of both skill and company culture match.

    Requirements

  • At least 3 years technical recruiting experience.

  • 2 or 4 year College Degree or equivalent business experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Energetic, self-manager who can lead and achieve sales goals.

  • Self-starter to develop creative ways of obtaining business.
