Our customer, a company who creates custom designed business processes that help attract, hire, train, and motivate best-fit employees, is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join their team.

This is part time employment that could turn into full time after a 90-day evaluation.

Job Description:

  • Make dozens of outbound calls per day
  • Ask questions
  • Qualify prospects
  • Schedule meetings or webinars
  • Persuade prospects to invest to invest 30 minutes to learn how their services might benefit them


  • Answer and/or call back all inbound calls
  • Make dozens of daily outbound calls
  • Send emails
  • Ask prospects 4 or 5 questions - A. qualify prospect as a good fit. B. help prospect begin to understand the value they can provide
  • Seek prospect's problems
  • Uncover prospects big challenges that keep them up at night
  • Briefly describe services
  • Mention a success story if able
  • Schedule appointments for sales team to conduct personalized webinar
  • Follow up before webinar to ensure attendance
  • Research accounts, Identify key decision maker contact information

Minimum requirements:

  • Proven lead generation
  • Track record of beating quotas
  • Strong phone presence
  • Experience working with or similar CRM
