Our client has been an industry leader in the Charlotte area for over 20 years. We are currently searching for an experienced and stellar candidate to fill this position.
Answer multiple phone lines and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, managing database systems and performing basic bookkeeping.
Making general ledger entries.
Preparing weekly, monthly, and yearly financial reports.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records as well as other office procedures.
Intermediate computer skills required.
Need to have a good phone voice so you can speak clearly with vendors and customers and resolve any questions/issues.
Excellent time management skills.
Must be able to be discreet in handling sensitive and confidential information.
An understanding of generally accepted accounting principles.
