Our client has been a leader in high quality titanium products in the Clearwater area for nearly 50 years. Due to increased production, we are currently searching for reliable and professional candidates to fill their open Administrative Assistant position.
Day to day responsibilities includes administrative support to the Clearwater, Florida facility.
Compiles and analyzes basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials, prepares charts, graphs, and/or tables as necessary.
Receives and responds to correspondence following established procedures that may or may not require management review.
Assists in the preparation and control of records, statistics and reports regarding operations and other related areas.
Administers programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the operating facility.
Serves as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to the facility and operations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience in an industrial environment preferred.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office products including: MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of advanced office practices and procedures.
Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, problem solving and decision making skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever changing work environment.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Advanced certificate a plus.
