Graphics and Vinyl Assembler

Summary: Will actively be engaged in: mounting digital graphics and vinyl, assembling both large and small sign components, and pre-packing signs while checking quality and quantity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Reviews shop drawing to determine production techniques.
Sets up materials required for mounting and assembling.
Helps setup and run any relevant machines to cut media, run templates, mount adhesive backed vinyl, and print packing labels.
Inspects parts, assemblies, or completed articles to verify conformance to company standards.
Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of department.
Analyzes and resolves production problems, or assists others in solving production problems.
Helps to maintain working inventory of all vinyl and assembly supplies.
Assists in keeping all equipment utilized in the performance of duties cleaned and maintained.
Other duties as may be assigned.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Experience in Adobe Illustrator and Vinyl cutting software is preferred.
