Shift: 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday with a one-hour lunch.
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 an hour, depending on experience.
Prospect for new business and set appointments through online research, phone calls and e-mails.
Research prospective accounts to identify key players and develop sales leads.
Utilize government bidding sites for new sales opportunities.
Communicate with customers with a consultative approach.
Overcome objections and close sales.
Create and communicate pricing to prospective customers.
Complete prospecting tasks and activities.
Utilize CRM to record all sales activities and communications.
Maintain and expand a database of prospects within an assigned territory.
Team with various partners and contacts to help close sales.
Perform effective online demonstrations to prospective customers.
Master CRM software for automated marketing/sales campaigns, as needed.
Provide support to other office members, as necessary.
Proven inside sales experience.
Track record of exceeding quotas and goals.
Experience in cold calling and dialing dozens of calls a day.
Self-motivated; able to preform without being micro-managed.
Basic math and ability to read a tape measurer.
Exemplary customer service.
Strong presentation skills.
Experience using a CRM system preferably Hubspot.
Proficiency in Power Point, Excel Outlook and web presentation tools, such as Uberconference.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including proper grammar and punctuation.
Excellent organization skills with an attention to detail.
High School Diploma.
General knowledge of the commercial construction industry.
Ability to read commercial blue-prints.
BA/BS Degree in Sales or a related field.
