CNC Programmer/Project Manager needed for a precision machine shop providing custom parts to OEM s and their suppliers.  Position is located in the Ozaukee/Washington County area.


Primary Responsibilities (short list):

         Program CNC Laser jet

         Ability to work with any of the following programs: Microsoft Windows, Word, Outlook, Excel, Auto Cad, Solid Works, Exact Job Boss, Flow WJ Programming Software and ProNest Manufacturing Software.

         Responsible for entire project from start to finish from receiving the P.O. to shipping out the product.

         Secondary duties:  run laser jet machines as needed

         Running the project entails developing a profitable process manufacturing plan to complete customer requests on time with zero defects while performing estimating for labor time, machine time, materials, production  resources, outsourcing required and machining difficulty or risk level for completing projects within customer s specifications.



         Must have evidence of US Citizenship.

         High School diploma or general education degree (GED) or

         Four to ten years related experience and/or training or

         Equivalent combination of education and experience.

         Diploma, or related experience and/ or training, or combination of education and experience in blueprint reading and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

         Must satisfy all requirements for Waterjet Machinist.

         Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports, correspondence, and to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Must have communication skills to satisfy individual customer needs.

         Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; Ability to compute basic algebraic, and trigonometric formulas used in shop mathematics. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

         Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

         Experienced, or comfortable speaking directly to the customer to identify and solve issues.



         1st shift; Monday Friday, 7 am 3 pm; overtime as needed and possible Saturday shift

         $18-25/hr. based on experience
