Customer Service Representative
Our client has been an industry leader in the Elizabethtown area for over 25 years. Due to business growth, we are currently searching for hard working, driven, dependable candidates to fill open positions.
Research questions using available information resources
Advise user on appropriate action
Redirect problems to correct resource
Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
Inform management of recurring problems
Stay current with system information, changes and updates
Basic computer skills.
Previous customer service experience
Customer service via telephone.
Ability to work well under pressure
Prescreen testing required
Must be 18
Mid shift, Monday thru Saturday 11AM-8PM (Will train on a first shift then move to mid)
