Claims Processing CSR
Our client has been an Insurance industry leader in the Central Florida area for over 16 years. Due to unexpected turnover, we are currently searching for motivated, experienced, dedicated Claims Processing CSR candidates to fill their open positions.
Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services.
Take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or to obtain details of complaints.
Assist the Claims Adjusters by staging payments
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Mail form letters as directed
Collect policy/claim information and create folders.
Update all data bases
May perform other duties as needed
Cover Reception on a rotation basis with team
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Strong time management skills.
Solid critical thinking skills and follow through on assigned tasks
Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to lift files and boxes up to 25 lbs.
High School Diploma or GED, however, higher education is a plus!
Bilingual Spanish is a plus!
