Pay based on experience
Contact customers in order to secure payment and determine reason for delinquency on active loan/credit card accounts.
Represent the Company and its business partners in a professional manner by providing good customer service.
Persuade delinquent customers to become current while using professionalism and tact.
Documents all contacts in detail in software applications.
Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
Strong communication skills.
Skip tracing experience (TLO, Accurint).
Must possess third party collection experience (PDL, CC, Retail)
Must commit to 40 hours per week
Must have operational Desk top computer skills.
Earn an additional $50-100 per week
Temp-to-hire (based on performance)
