The Contents Mitigation Supervisor position is an integral part of the Emergency Services Division and offers a career path for qualified individuals who are interested in learning and taking on management and leadership roles. The Contents Mitigation Supervisor role reports to the Contents Mitigation Manager.
The essential functions of the Contents Supervisor reside in management of the following categories:
1. Structure Cleaning
? Demonstrate skill and proficiency in structural cleaning techniques for both mitigation and fire/water cleaning environments.
? Detail orientation.
? Demonstrate skill and proficiency in structural cleaning techniques for final construction clean environments.
2. Content Cleaning/Packouts
? Demonstrate skill and proficiency in content cleaning techniques for fire and water damaged contents.
? Demonstrated skill and proficiency in content packing and inventory processes.
? Demonstrate skill and proficiency in using our mobile operating app, specifically in uploading pictures and notes to our job files.
3. Customer Relationships
? Interface with the customer on behalf of the Company.
? Identify and help resolve customer issues and/or complaints in a timely manner.
? Be the face of our company to our customers.
? Be an expert in our industry.
? Deliver thorough, proactive and direct communication to management and team leaders.
? Documentation of job work in progress in our operating software, as it relates to carrier guidelines.
? Foster an environment of collaboration and teamwork within in the division and company.
? Lead by example.
? Organize each job to complete in a time allotted.
? Oversee other team members.
? Inspect work and sign off on work completed by others.
? Take communication lead with customer as well as internal staff related to project.
? Document job file and any other paperwork/photos in our operating software.
? Assist with arranging subs for jobs. Job site containers, piano moving, pool tables, dumpsters, and duct cleaning.
? Equipment and supply tracking.
6. Estimate Writing
? Computer literacy required and ability to learn our operating software, as well as our estimate writing software through training. Xactimate training a plus.
? Writing estimates per carrier guidelines for Pack outs, Content Cleaning, Pack Backs, and Laundry restoration.
? Problem Solving.
? Job Schedule Management and Coordination.

IICRC Training and Designations a plus (Fire, Water, Odor, and Upholstery Restoration)
