- Set up stations and colletct all necessary supplies to prepare menu for service
- Prepare a variety of foods; meat, seafood, poultry, vegetable and cold food items
- Arrange sources and supplementary garnishes for allocated stations
- Cover, date and correctly store all bits and pieces and food prep items
- Notify Chef in advance of likely shortages
- Serve menue items compliant with established standards
- Use food preparation tools in accordance withmanuracturers instructions
- Close the kitchen correctly and follow the closing checklist for kitchen stations
- Maintain a prepared and sanitary work area at all times
- Keep the work area fresh all through the shift
- Make sure all storage areas are tidy and all products are stored approrpriately
- Constantly use safe and hygienic food handling practices
- Return dirty food preparation utensils to appropriate areas
- Assist with all duties as assigned by Chef De Cousine or Executive Chef

Qualifications:
- Well-versed in preparing food items constantly while adhering to recipe standards
- Highly skilled in setting up stations in restaurant
- commited to practice, check and strengthen food safety procedures
- Competent at creating and upholding a safe working environment
- Able to restock all items as required all through shift
- Proven record of delivering outstanding customer service
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and efficinetly with patrons and staff
- good math and written communication skills
- Track recod of working in a flexible timetable based on employer's requirements
- Eager to perform all kinds of additional tasks assigned by the manager
- Deomonstrated abilityt to build and maintain quick, accurate and excellent customer relationships
- Proficient in maintaining a safe working envoronment utilizing food safety plan
- Track record of workign efficiently in a fast-paced and noisy environment
- Be able to work in hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long periods of time
- Be physically able to lift, reach, bend and stoop
-Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours)
- Be able to safely lift bags, cases and stacks weighing up to 60 pounds up to 30 times per shift
