Currently seeking an Account Coordinator in Philadelphia/South New Jersey Area with advanced data entry skills in the Trade Show Industry.

Temp to Perm Job Opportunity

Salary commensurate with experience

Job Duties:

         Work with clients and sales team to coordinate preshow and post-show marketing efforts

         Create and distribute fact sheets

         Create purchase orders for vendors

         Follow up and confirmed all purchase orders for vendors

         Reconcile all charges on the show services credit card statement

         Responsible for creating and reporting tradeshow activities

         Complete necessary documentation for clients regarding services to include collecting pertinent information details for team members

Requirements

         High school Graduate or Equivalent required

         Advanced data entry skills is a must

         Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook and Power Point is required

         2- 5 years experience in Tradeshow Industry is required

         Strong interpersonal skills
