Our client has been an insurance industry leader in the Springfield, OH area for over 16 years. Due to service expansion and unexpected turnover, we are currently searching for personable and adaptable candidates with customer service background to fill their open position.

 

Pay Rate Range: $13.00 - $14.00 

Shift: Varies M-F/ 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM & Sat 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Chance to be extended beyond End Date: This is driven by excelling production, zero attendance concerns and strong intangibles within the resource. 

Temp to Perm: Yes. This is driven by excelling production, zero attendance concerns and strong intangibles within the resource. 

Day to Day Responsibilities: Research/resolve loan level inquires as it relates to inbound/outbound call activity. More experienced associates will be involved in root cause analysis of more complex inquiries. Handle in-bound and out-bound calls from our customers in hazard insurance, mortgage banking and property loss. More experienced associates will handle escalated calls. Initially works in a single client /functional environment due to limited knowledge and skill set. More experienced associates will work in a multi-client or multi-functional environment. 

Personality skills: Someone personable, reliable, someone that can accept feedback and implement the corrective action immediately. Someone who easily adapts to change. 

Types of qualifications: Someone with a customer service background or mortgage/banking experience. This is not a requirement but suggested. 

Strong skills: Problem solving, critical thinking, effective and professional, verbal and written communication. 

Customer Care 
Call Center 
Receive inbound and outbound calls from homeowners, contractors, and customers in hazard insurance, mortgage banking and property loss. 
They have adherence times and handle times to meet. 
Research/resolve loan level inquires. 
Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering and/or trouble shooting the items raised by the client/customer 
They have adherence times and handle times to meet. 
Must be able to show empathy, have solid communication skills, sound analytical skills because they are speaking with homeowners and contractors.
