Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.
Answer and respond to incoming phone calls regarding billing issues, customer orders, requests and inquiries.
Process customer orders.
Process various reports weekly & monthly for the sales team and office.
Miscellaneous office tasks such as printing, filing, and organizing documents.
Maintaining various Excel schedules.
High School Diploma.
Must have at least 3 years experience working in customer service and/or sales administrator.
Ability to prioritize own workload and succeed under deadlines.
Detailed thinking with excellent follow-up ability.
Ability to function in a fast-paced team environment.
Demonstrates intermediate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
