Local company searching for friendly, customer oriented team player to serve our adjusters as an internal scheduler and liaison. Candidate will need to be focused on onboarding, engagement, communication, client satisfaction and retention.

Support and interact with independent insurance adjusters
o Build and establish a rapport with new and existing customers
o Services the adjuster accounts and quality of service based on schedule preferences, data and claim integration, and audits
o Identify client needs and match with current/future products/services
o Supports all levels of communication including inbound/outbound calls
Onboard, support and engage the adjuster through product communications, demonstrations, and training; gathers feedback and product enhancement requests
Other similar and/or related duties assigned per business needs

Minimum Qualifications & Skills
High School Diploma required
Prescreen testing required
1-3 years customer service experience in providing either phone, email or onsite customer service to either internal or external customers
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Strong customer relations skills
Must have flexible schedule and be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed
Strong knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
