We are currently seeking experienced Customer Service Support professionals for a seasonal position. This position is seasonal, starting in November, with potential of full time.
**There will be a three week extensive training period during December; hours will be 9am 3pm during that time. Applicant will be expected to learn the client software, policies and procedures in that time to be eligible to remain for the rest of the contract period. Hours will be longer in January and February (30-40 hours weekly); the applicant must be able to make it to work on all scheduled work days regardless of weather conditions. The Applicant must be able to work overtime. Due to the hours we are unable to accommodate school schedules, student applicants are discouraged from the full time positions.
Basic computer skills
Customer service via telephone
Reviewing and explaining tax preparer and tax payer accounts
General office and occasional administrative duties.
Functioning in conjunction with the technical support team.
Applicant may be required to spend several days working in the bank warehouse.
1 year Customer Service or Call Center
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent phone skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Prescreen testing required
Must be 18
