Are you looking to make a career change? We are looking for a first shift technical support representative in Menomonee Falls. You will provide customers/dealers with technical support services regarding loading dock component parts, dock seals, dock shelters and truck restraints.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

         Answer nationwide customer calls and enter new or repair orders into a Work Wise- ERP 9.9 operating system.

         Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone such as root cause for mechanical failures, part identification, required equipment, shipping and receiving dates, etc.

         Compile product quotes for all major types of dock equipment.

         Research and resolve technical customer issues using industry specific technical manuals, catalogs, Internet sites and company database to provide correct and accurate processing of customer orders.

         Interpret technical information such as part function, drawings, prints and dimensions.

         Provide customer with faxed or mailed information such as product quotes, drawing information and other miscellaneous requests.

         Handle customer complaints or forward to appropriate response team.

         Interact with various departments such as sales, production and shipping to accurately process work order and/or resolve customer questions.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and/or one plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Shift and Pay:

Monday- Friday 8A-4:30P paying $13-$15 based on experience
