Bilingual (Spanish) Claims Processing CSR

Our client has been an Insurance industry leader in the Central Florida area for over 16 years. Due to unexpected turnover, we are currently searching for motivated, experienced, dedicated Claims Processing CSR candidates to fill their open positions.

Duties include:

Update Litigation Module in Claims Cube (C3) with litigation information

Request missing litigation information from attorneys to complete module

Review and update C3 data as directed

Performs other assigned tasks or duties as required or directed

Ability to follow through on assigned tasks with accuracy

Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Advanced knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software. (Microsoft Office platform.)

Candidate should have insurance claims experience as well as prior experience reviewing legal documents

Requirements include:

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Strong time management skills.

Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, spread sheets, database and presentation skills.

Solid critical thinking skills and follow through on assigned tasks

Experience handling sensitive and confidential information

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Able to lift files and boxes up to 25 lbs.

High School Diploma or GED, however, higher education is a plus!

Bilingual Spanish is a plus!
