The Reserves Network is a full service staffing firm specializing in light industrial, manufacturing, and office placement.  Clearwater, FL Area Company needs an experienced Customer Service Assistant candidate. This position can blossom into other opportunities within the company.

 

 

         Pay $15-$16/hr.

         First shift 8:30am-5pm.

         Temp to hire for the right candidate.

Duties Include:

         Refer to written procedure sales transactions entry process in S drive.

         Assistant to only enter NET#) orders with formal purchase order.

         Domestic orders only and place in INFO HOLD.

         CRM lookup customer account and CRM notes for special order entry.

         Bring Bill To changes to Accounting.

         Ship to address to match purchase order or CRM requirements.

         Customer PO format entered exactly as on PO.

         Assistant to only enter orders with prepay add UPS ship methods.

         Use customer history to help enter line items of parts and units.

         Any items short on quantity need a backorder HOLD stop sign on order.

         Batch ID to have the same or initials of Assistant sot that a CSR can check order, confirm to customer and release to shipping.

         Credit card payment terms, book credit card and get email receipt.

         No charge marketing, no charge customer service or warranty.

         Internal order communication and the varied note fields for shipping.

         Customer identifiers needed on packing slip, ship label ad invoice.

         Pickup orders, SARS, BOMS, Demo/Loaner/Trial.

         International orders and all the documentation requirements.

         Contacting UPS for ship address corrections.

         Credit to customers via RMA.

         Repair orders via RQTA.

         Special notes or emails for warehouse to ship order properly.

         Dropship items on order.

         Computer skills.

         Order entry.
