Customer Service and Support Specialist

Our client has been servicing the Massillon Ohio area for over 50 years. Due to an expanding office, we are currently searching for a full-time Customer Service and Support Specialist. This is not a temporary role. The proper candidate will have a background in customer service and thorough knowledge of troubleshooting techniques/procedures.

Duties Include:

Answering customers questions regarding billing, service and other various software/hardware issues.
Selling our partner s various services to interested customers who call in on the phone.
Listening to customer inquires and providing them with the correct troubleshooting techniques to resolve their issues.

Requirements Include:

High school diploma or GED.
Good technical knowledge of computers, including both internal customer data as well as e-mail and internet familiarity.
Excellent verbal skills and professional phone etiquette.
Previous experience as a customer service agent preferred.
Previous sales experience preferred.

Benefits Include:

Compensation of $12 an hour plus commissions.
Hours: Evenings and Weekends
Health insurance and other benefits (to be discussed by the employer).
