Products are stocked for their customers so you re busy working on projects to meet the demand on an on-going basis.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for completing kitting, assembly and packaging processes according to established operating procedures.

The key responsibilities for the Electronic Assembler includes:

         Read, understand and interpret more complex ruler measurements.

         Advanced soldering and crimping skills.

         Knowledge of crimping machine and changing of dies in bench top crimper.

         Inspect and test parts and products as necessary, ability to read component piece during and/or after assembly, according to established guidelines and quality standards.

         Knowledge of IPC Training Modules

         Cross train to other areas of department as needed.

         Working with our Komax wire processing machines and/or other processing machinery.

         Lean Manufacturing principals

         Ability to identify and pick out various sizes of wire for production.

         Use a variety of hand and power tools following appropriate methods and procedures to complete assembly of components or products, and prepare products and other items for shipment.

         Assemble or modify electronic equipment, position, align and adjust work pieces and electronic parts to facilitate wiring assembly.

         Additional responsibilities, such as packaging and/or spot checking others work.

         Inspect and test parts and products as necessary, ability to read component piece during and/or after assembly, according to established guidelines and quality standards.

         Knowledge of IPC Training Modules

         Cross train to other areas of department as needed.

Qualifications for the  Electronic Assembler requires:

         High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1-2
years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

         Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and
memos.

         Ability to speak and understand English.

Shift, Pay, and Benefits:

         2nd shift Hours 3 pm 11 pm, Monday Friday

         Pay - $12/hr.

         Benefits full benefit package once hired direct
