We are looking for an Office Assistant with industrial/automotive experience who has worked in Quickbooks software.

Leading Auto Company in Chardon, OH is seeking an Office Assistant with Quickbooks experience for Invoicing and General Office duties
First shift, Monday through Thursday 7AM - 5:30 PM
Temp-to-hire position
$13.00 to $14.00 based on experience

Duties include:
Creating/updating customer invoices in Quickbooks
Answering phones
Ordering office supplies as needed
Light shipping
Any other general office duties assigned

Requirements include:
Knowledge of Excel & Quick Books is required
Strong attention to detail and able to closely follow directions
Ability to work with little supervision
Ability to work closely with owner to approve invoices
