Mentor area call center seeks Account Specialist

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
  • $13/hr. or more based on experience

Duties include:  

  • Answering heavy volume of calls, daily customer contact
  • Heavy data entry and email with follow up required in both emails and phone calls
  • Organize and control operations

Requirements include:

  • Must be  expert level in Microsoft Excel 2010 and have fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Must have experience reporting and charting out of Excel
  • Willing to learn and partner with other team members on a growing account
  • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking is a must
  • Effective time management and problem solving skills
  • Strong people skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, vendors and employees
