Office Supervisor.

Our client has been a building-supply wholesaler for nearly 10 years. Due to an expanding office, we are currently searching for an Office Worker to work on a temporary position, with the goal of being hired in as full-time Office Supervisor. The proper candidate will have a background encompassing office/administrative skills with some management experience.

Duties Include:

Supporting the office with some Light Accounting tasks (willing to train).
Helping to process orders.
Completing all related paperwork and documentation.
Providing courteous customer support on both the telephone and through e-mail.
Executing Accounts Payable, Human Resources and Report Reconciliation.
Upon completing initial phase, move into supervisory role and work as Office Manager.

Requirements Include:

At least 1-2 full years of management experience.
At least 2-3 years of customer service.
A solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Candidate will not need to know marcos but will have to be able to do more than simply navigate a spreadsheet.
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
Good working knowledge of PC-based programs and Windows operating systems: Advanced Adobe, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits Include:

Temporary compensation of $13 an hour. When promoted to Office Supervisor position, $40,000 annual salary.
Paid half-hour lunch break.
Hours: 9:00 5:00, Monday through Friday.
