Office Manager/Job Cost Accountant

To be considered for this opportunity you must have Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, excellence with MS Office Suite skills - including; Outlook, Excel, Data Entry, Quick Books experience, and excellent phone etiquette . You will go through extensive training in Brandon, but the job will be located in a new office in Odessa, FL. Candidate must be self driven, as this employee will be working alone most of the time. You will have to be trustworthy and provide exceptional service to vendors.

Manage all phases of job costing within RMS and QuickBooks Accounting Software
Manage the daily operations of the franchise as needed when the owner is not available
Maintain all accounting, computer, & financial records for franchise in conjunction with CPA.
Ability to easily establish a rapport with Insurance Carriers, Customers, Vendors, Subcontractor s, Adjusters, Agents, and fellow employees
Strong listening and Communication Skills
Strong Clerical, Administrative, Detailed oriented, Trustworthy, and intermediate level knowledge of QuickBooks THIS IS A MUST
Understanding of Credit and Debits
Understanding Journal Entries and how to make them
Intermediate Excel skills
Self-Starter- schedule work priorities, plan the day logically and still can multi task
3-5 years relevant experience

Hours - 8 am to 5 pm - Monday thru Friday
Pay rate - $16.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience
