Sales Support Specialist

The Reserves Network is a full service staffing firm specializing in light industrial, manufacturing, and office placement.  Our client is an established Manufacturing company in Sanford, Florida. We are seeking inside Sales Coordinators for a first shift.

  • 1st Shift, Monday thru Friday, 8am 5:00pm
  • $17 per hour
  • Temp to Hire


Duties Include:

  • Data Entry Support for Sales Team such as customer contacts, order info
  • Entering customer orders, processing orders
  • Enter information into the billing system
  • Work on phones and email with the team, vendors and clients
  • Submit quotes per the Sales Team
  • Verify parts and pricing for quotes that are called in
  • Responsible for Quality Control of the finished product that is ordered
  • Offers regular updates to the Sales Team and Purchasing Manager


Requirements Include:

  • AA or equivalent from a 2 year college or related experience
  • 2+ years minimum experience in a customer service or fast paced office environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to follow instructions
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to measure items and do basic math that includes calculating discounts, percentages, etc.
