Responsibilities include:
Provide quality phone and email support with a high degree of customer service, technical expertise and timeliness.
Answer incoming calls, troubleshooting electronic, mechanical, or software failures, customer inquiries, product assembly questions while providing our customers with exceptional customer service.
Maintain current knowledge on all product offerings and technical support procedures in order to provide accurate solutions to customers.
Accurately document customer information and a detailed problem/issues description of all support calls/e-mails in a call tracking system.
Proactively maintain communication with callers throughout the analysis and resolution process.
Work independently to solve support issues. Escalate issues to second-level support and management when necessary.
Resolve customer problems, disputes and complaints in an efficient professional manner and according to company policy.
Coordinate authorized RMA s with customers for product return and document defects of equipment, sub-component or electro-mechanical component for repair/exchange, warranty replacement or repair.
Research status of customer orders, equipment returns, repairs or replacements.
Provide information on possible product problems, pricing of repairs, and/or items not covered under warranty.
Assist customers with technical phone support on questions for pre-installation, installation, and set-up and configuration of hardware, software and power; and training for finished goods equipment and products.
Test and debug operating software for equipment and product completing required testing, quality checks and verification all testing protocols have met specification.
Manage and follow-up with required service and maintenance of all customers.
Provide desktop technical support PC hardware and software support to customers, internal associates and management.
Track parts shipments and following-up with customers to validate the part arrived, properly installed and the old part is boxed and return to
Provide on-call support a minimum of one weekend per month.
Make sure the shipping areas are clean and organized daily along with inspecting for supplies.

Job Requirements:
Technical Support Specialist

Requirements include:
High School Diploma or GED, Military A & C school or Trade School technical training desired.
1-2 years applicable work experience in a service related environment, particularly towards electronic, mechanical and software technical support via phone.
Detailed orientation with a passion for working with customers required.
Hands on experience with PC operations both hardware and software operating systems.
Industry equipment and product knowledge, a plus.
Must be able to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Must possess problem solving skills, strong digital and analog skills, and ability to troubleshoot in a logical manner with high attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills required for customer and team interaction.
Outgoing, team oriented and results driven.
Ability to create and drive change and effectively communicate throughout the organization.
Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, analytical and problem solving skills.
Able to handle stress and have a want to solve customer issues quickly antidote.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to thrive in a fast pace work environment with a predicted rapid growth.
