Expanding Start Up Company Experiencing Exponential Growth in Medical Manufacturing Industry Seeking a Calibration Technician who thrives in a fun learning environment.
Build, troubleshoot, and test products and subassemblies for functionality or quality.
Install, calibrate, and adjust equipment to ensure quality production.
Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications.
Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures.
Assist engineers in developing, building, or testing prototypes or new products, processes, or procedures.
Prepare production documents: standard operating procedures, manufacturing records, inventory reports, or productivity reports.
Work in a team environment with the ability to interface with many different departments such as engineering, service, etc.
Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental compliance.
High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ Years experience in a medical device manufacturing environment.
Minimum 2 years of experience
Must have good English written and verbal communication skills.
Mechanical aptitude desired.
High energy, organized, self-starter with the initiative to solve difficult problems.
Ability to construct and test electro-mechanical devices.
Ability to understand electrical schematics and mechanical assembly drawings.
Proficient in the use of electronics test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, multi-meters, soldering equipment, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of the medical device industry and FDA regulations a plus.
