We are seeking a highly skilled, self-directed associate that facilitates the receiving and shipping processes in the warehouse and Logistics department. Responsible of completing orders, (from preparation to shipment) for all domestic and international customers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack and manifest orders for shipment being sent domestically and internationally.
  • Release and process orders in the various computer business systems.
  • Receives and unloads products and packages from trucks and containers.
  • Receive in raw materials for manufacturing and process and complete all paperwork for materials and follow set processes in the event of finding quality issues.
  • Performs all shipping duties such as verifying orders, assists in the processing of orders and generates packs slips and bills of lading.
  • Loads carts/skids with packages from all carriers and freight forwarders.
  • Verifies package quantities and processes accordingly (data entry and labels products).
  • Conducts cycle count, physical inventories and investigates and corrects all inventory discrepancies.
  • Communicate and assist with other internal departments such as Manufacturing, QA, Purchasing and Customer Service departments with order and inventory queries.
  • Drive forklift when applicable.
  • Maintains and continually looks to improve the overall standards of workplace organization to ensure high standards of housekeeping of the warehouse.
  • Maintains inventory accuracy.
  • Will be required to support other local facilities when the need arises.
  • Process returned products following the established procedures.
  • Efficiently directs products or goods to their rightful destinations.
  • Communicates with suppliers, retailers, and customers as required of his duties and responsibilities.
  • Works with the others to troubleshoot problems or address issues that can get in the way of efficient supply chain management
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Must have 2 years manufacturing experience
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Shift, Pay, and Benefits:

         7A-3P

         $13/hr.
