         Sets up and operates one or more Waterjet machines to shape work pieces to specifications, following standard charts and manuals, applying knowledge of Waterjet machining process and methods, material properties, and shop mathematics.

         Implements, monitors, and refers process changes to Quality System Manager for continuation of As-9100 Quality System and ITAR registration.

         Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders.

         Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules, using knowledge of capacities of machines and equipment.

         Occasionally writes program of machine instructions in symbolic language to direct numerical control database to regulate movement of machine along cutting path.

         Studies blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample part to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations, setup requirements, and plans operations.

         Participates in the implementation and use of LEAN Manufacturing Tools.



         Drives powered industrial truck equipment, equipped with lifting devices to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials in warehouse, storage yard, or factory.

         Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment.

         Operates overhead crane equipped with lifting devices to move products, equipment, or materials in warehouse or factory.




         High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

         Diploma, or related experience and/ or training, or combination of education and experience in blueprint reading.

         Ability to work with Microsoft Windows, Word, Outlook, Excel, Auto Cad, Solid Works, Exact Job Boss, Flow WJ Programming Software and ProNest Manufacturing Software.

         Must maintain Lift Truck Safety Course Certification and Overhead Crane Certification. Preferred; State Approved Drivers License.




         Monday Thursday 3:00PM to 1:00AM  (Overtime on Friday s if available)
