    10.        Physically receive and document receipt all non-product expense items.

    11.        May move expense items on dock with hand truck.

    12.        Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

    Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities of the Job:

Apply training acquired both externally and internally to projects, assignments, and incidents to gain competence within the department.

    3.      Demonstrate customer focus by maintaining a neat and clean work area during both localized and shop-area projects.

    4.      Assist in the installation of electrical conduit, wiring, switching devices, controls, fixtures, enclosures, motors, outlets, and other electromechanical equipment.

    5.      Assist in the repair of mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment (i.e. conveyor/sortation, building/facility, fire/safety) and plans and takes corrective action.

    6.      Assist in testing electrical, pneumatic, and HVAC controls. Be able to replace known individual components in these systems based on the complexity of the work.

    7.      Notify maintenance department of recurring equipment malfunctions and of quality problems and supplies needed.

    8.      Assist in routine preventative maintenance inspection of assigned equipment.

    9.      Maintain battery charging area on a rotational assignment basis providing detailed housekeeping and attention to the area in addition to operating the charging station efficiently and safely.

    10.  Understand the computerized maintenance management system including accessing work assignments, printing work orders, and entering feedback from field findings.

    11.  The ability to work in a constant state of alertness

    Job Summary

    Provides financial, administrative and clerical support by ensuring payments are completed and expenses are controlled by processing, verifying and reconciling invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.

    Essential Job Functions

    1. Review all batches for proper documentation prior to payment
    2. Sort, match and ensure proper GL coding of invoices, including PO s with multiple line items
    3. Ensure all invoices and credit memos are keyed within Oracle (high level) within the appropriate month
    4. Assist clerks as requested, responding by phone or email within 24 hours
    5. Complete A/P vouchers as needed
    6. Sort and distribute incoming mail
    7. Reconcile vendor statements by researching and correcting all discrepancies
    8. Maintain files according to company policy and ensure filing is done in a timely manner (daily)
    9. Process weekly check runs with accuracy: Signatures, document numbers, etc.
    10. Process payments via ACH/ Direct Deposit as needed
    11. Match all invoices to correct checks for filing
    12. Resolve any check issues such as lost checks by completing stop payment/void check forms
    13. Report check shortages for restocking to manager in a timely manner
    14. Mail checks or distribute checks according to manager requests
    15. Process Credit Applications for new accounts (Give to manager for completion)
    16. Process new vendor set up forms and build new accounts in Oracle within 24 hours

    18. Track PO books and distribute to proper locations as requested
    19. Maintain Petty Cash (must be reconciled every month)

    26. Maintain Home Depot account to ensure no invoices are past due, avoiding credit hold
    27. Maintain proper A/P spreadsheets with accurate information: utilities, check log, batch logs, etc.
    28. Log all checks received for A/R and turn them in immediately
    29. Complete any additional tasks as requested by managers

    Education and Experience


    High School Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree or equivalent from a two year college or technical school preferred. At least 3 years of high volume Accounts Payable experience required . Excellent Data entry along with strong PC skills, including the ability to create and maintain spreadsheets.

    <![CDATA[Finisher]]> Waukesha County customer is hiring for their Finishing Department.  Foundry experience a plus but not mandatory.

     

    This is a production environment and you will be responsible for the following:

             Set-up, program, operate and maintain various production equipment

             Activities from fixturing to inspection must be performed as directed by procedures and programs

             End result is product meeting customer specifications

             Work on a variety of pieces of equipment

             Use measuring equipment such as Height gage, micrometer, caliper, pin, thread, feeler

             Fork truck operation for material handling

             Perform other processes and duties within the Fabrication/Machining group

             Product inspection and accompanying paperwork and forms

              

    Physical requirements to perform daily tasks will include:

             Ability to lift 60 pounds from waist to chest

             Ability to carry up to 50 pounds 15 feet

             Ability to push or pull heavy loads with the aid of a wheeled cart

             Withstand exposure to noise

     

    Qualifications:         

             High School Grad or GED

             Industrial math skills

             Must be trainable

             Desire to work within a team environment

     

             3RD SHIFT -  9 PM - 5 AM

             $16.20 plus $0.85/hr. shift premium
