WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY?
- This is a contract opportunity for 3 - 6 months
- Possibility at end of the contract for conversion and permanent placement with our client
- Work onsite Mon through Fri
- $35 - $42 hourly pay with some flexibility based on skills and experience.
- This role will be working in a sensitive area, so you will need to pass an extensive background check
DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field OR equivalent work experience
- 5+ years experience in software development or software support
- 3+ years of experience in systems analysis
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Configures software applications
- Test software applications to verify correct installation and configuration
- Test software application monitoring, backup/restore, failover, and disaster recovery
- Plan and implement changes to software applications
- Design, delivers, and supports business intelligence and reporting solutions
- Troubleshoot production issues, bringing vendors in as needed for support
- Perform testing for code fixes and implemented upgrades in non-production environments
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing implementations in non-production environments
