Job Description
Team Lead 2nd Shift
Full-service precision CNC machine shop seeking a 2nd shift Team Lead.
What you will do:
- Provides guidance, instructions, and coaching to team of machinist
- Performs inspection of team member’s first parts with hand gauges
- Study blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, documents, or sample part to determine dimensions and tolerance of finished work piece
What you need:
- 5 years of experience with programming and setup of machining centers, lathes, and/or grinders. Experience with MAZATROL preferred.
- Excellent math skills and experience reading blueprints
- Strong coaching and leadership skills
